AFF-D allows thin thermoplastic materials to be machined without rippling, boat-like effects. The bending line with AFF, is always perfectly straight and repeatable, regardless of the number of cycles performed. The bending machine allows two bends to be made in one process, where each bend can have any angle (from 0 to 180 degrees) and the desired working width can be set. AFF-D is equipped with 2 heating contact swords, the temperature and contact time of these Teflon-coated swords are very precisely regulated electronically.

BENDING PROCESS: The process itself from pressing the pedal takes a few seconds, making the bender
AFF D 135 unrivaled on the market. The bending process is carried out by lowering the arm with heating strips, which, coming into contact with the material perfectly in a straight line, give off the temperature, resulting in a straight and sharp bending line even over the entire maximum working length (135 cm).

Vacuum PUSH: allows bending of even small individual parts without loss of quality and repeatability, prevents material movement during bending.

MODULAR TABLE: which allows any arrangement of bending fins relative to each other. With this solution, the AFF version D becomes a leader in the process of bending thin materials, such as in the production of price tags. The working area of the device allows processing of individual parts up to 135 cm wide.

The ABM-D 135 and AFF-D 135 are expanded versions of the basic AFF 135 bender model. The unit is equipped with 2 adjustable upper and 2 lower heating profiles with 4 digital temperature controllers and 2 vacuum systems to hold the material in place along with 2 clamping bars in the upper frame, which has increased the unit's capability to automatically bend a whole range of thermoplastic materials up to 5 mm thick.
