The Shannon HRP-D is a highly efficient and robust semi-automatic plastic sheet bender with double-sided heating. Equipped with up to 8 heating lines that are height adjustable and can be digitally temperature controlled. The HRP-D is designed to handle large sheets, but also large batches of smaller sheets thanks to its automatic feeding and transport system. The upper frame is timer-controlled and has one or multiple roller tracks next to the heating lines that hold the sheets in place and prevent bending (banana effect). The durable, heat-resistant top consists of multiple adjustable panels, an adjustable conveyor belt and has a double parallel stop with indication in inches and millimeters. The machine, like most of our machines, is built modularly, so it can be easily expanded later with multiple heating profiles and/or control units.
The use of a compressor is necessary for the operation of this machine.
