The Shannon HRP series of plastic bending machines are highly efficient semi-automatic bottom-heated and top-heated bending machines, consisting of digitally controlled heating wires. The heating profiles can be easily put in place, and the wires in the profiles are adjustable in height. The double-sided heating of the HRP series enables faster processing of plastic sheets, but most importantly, it reduces stress and can handle thicker materials and polycarbonate. The top pneumatic frame has adjustable pressure bars that hold the plates in place and prevent bending (banana effect). The upper frame is controlled by a foot pedal and timer. The durable, heat-resistant top consists of multiple adjustable panels and has an adjustable stop with an indication in millimeters and inches. The machine is modular and already prepared internally, so it can be easily expanded with multiple heating profiles and/or control units. The machine has two emergency stop switches.
