The Shannon HRK series are highly efficient plastic sheet bending machine with bottom and top heating. The heating profiles can be adjusted to the desired position, and the heating wires are adjustable in height.
The double-sided heating in the HRK series enables faster processing of plastic sheets, but most importantly, it reduces stresses in the material and can handle thicker materials and polycarbonate.
The pneumatic top frame has adjustable pressure bars that hold the plates in place and prevent warping (banana effect). The upper frame is controlled by a foot pedal, a timer and an emergency stop.
The durable, heat-resistant work surface consists of multiple adjustable panels and features a parallel stop with millimeter and inch indications.
The machine is modular and already prepared internally, so it can be easily expanded with multiple heating profiles and/or control units.
